Pros

I have been an employee with WinnCompanies for over 5 years. My career with Winn started later in life and the support I have received as a person who is seasoned in the work force has been amazing. I find that the local and regional support has been one of truly caring about their employees and their lives. Winn is constantly reviewing the internals and the externals of the workforce to make it a better place to work. Most recently Winn corporate is coming into the the workplace to hear the heartbeat of their workforce. The opportunities for advancement are available for all who choose to strive for excellence and follow our Guiding Principles.

Cons

There are days of being stretched a little thin but at the end of the day we regroup and come back together as a TEam for the next day.

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
