      Pros

      Time off (even though you will be criticized if you use it). Early close Friday’s. I didn’t have a long commute.

      Cons

      Pay Health care Too much favoritism No loyalty You’re either micromanaged or left on your own until something is done incorrectly and then you’re to blame. No communication No life/work balance. The more you do the more is expected of you.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
