      Pros

      At Winn I always felt my input mattered. I was able to grow professionally and there were people in the company who helped me be successful. The company focuses on employee engagement and truly works to make recognize staff for their contributions.

      Cons

      While the company wasn't perfect, it really was a great place to work. I really can't think of any true negatives.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
