      I can’t think of anything at this time.

      Cons

      No support from upper management. You can’t speak your mind about other employees without it somehow coming back at you as being the problem. No a true team environment. No real control over your property as a manager. They do not show loyalty to their employees.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
