plenty of job opportunity, Great company to gain experience from you will walk away from this company as a jack of all trades . In the passed year I have seen a huge change with senior management and their attentiveness to their employees and making them feel like they matter. great compensation and benefits

Cons

no work life balance, direct supervisor has a lack of knowledge and no want to learn what the leasing teams job entails

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
