Pros

I'm truly blessed to be a part of the team that I work for. They truly care about our residents and go beyond the call of duty to improve these people's lives. The company goes out of their way to train people who are willing to work for it and has started hosting lots of fun activities for employees.

Cons

Some of our residents are challenging to work with and are not always appreciative.

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
