Pros

I have worked at WinnCompanies for several years and have risen through the ranks by being a team player and good leader. WinnCompanies truly recognizes hard work, dedication and loyalty. If you are looking to succeed at Winn you need to be a team player, share your ideas, and be engaged and motivated.

Cons

For the most part I enjoy working at Winn. It is a fast paced environment so if you are looking for a cushy desk job, this wont work for you.

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
