Pros

Hard work and dedication doesn't go unnoticed. I was an Assistant Property Manager in Boston and got promoted within my first year to an multi-site property in New York and shortly after in Maryland. Everyday is different and fast paced. Bonuses are great.

Cons

Don't let up on your sense of energy. If you are laid back this isn't the company for you. Though the resources are all over within the company. You must think outside the box and be independent. These aren't necessarily cons but will help you work smarter vs harder in the long run.

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
