I have worked at Winn for many years and believe Winn is the best property management company, period. Winn takes great pride in the appearance and operation of their properties and wants to make certain the residents are well taken care of and the properties always look the best. As an employee, Winn offers very good pay and benefits and unlimited opportunity for career growth. If you work hard and have a drive to succeed, you will do well at Winn. Many employees have been with Winn 20+ years as evidence of a positive work environment. I am very proud to work for such a great company.
Cons
We all work hard and take whatever time is needed to get the job done. This is not a company you can sit back and do little and expect to be paid. If you are looking that kind of job, look elsewhere. Work life balance has been a focus of management in recent years and they have been improvements in that area, with more to come.
