Pros

Winn is an employee oriented company that takes employee engagement very seriously. They continue to make changes to policies that are beneficial to employees. There are numerous opportunities for advancement and transfers considering the locations throughout the US including Hawaii and Alaska. I started with them in the mid 80s and have witnessed the tremendous support from upper management on numerous occasions both for work related issues as well as personal issues. If you are willing to work hard and have a positive attitude you will likely go far and will certainly enjoy yourself. Concern for their clients and residents is of utmost importance. Joining Winn was definitely one of my better decisions.

Cons

WinnCompanies is in another period of growth. This creates stress on many, however, it also creates great opportunities. If you can deal with occasional stress then you will do well.

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
