Winn Residential is absolutely the best company I have ever worked for! I have worked for Winn for 5 years. Winn has a super amazing benefits package! They truly understand the importance of family and taking time off in order to rejuvenate. There are always adequate trainings to help you if you need it. The bar is definitely set high, but you are also given the tools to jump over it! My supervisor is very attentive, helpful and genuinely caring. She never makes you feel as though she does not have time for you. You feel as though you are a part of a team rather than just an employee. Winn is a cut above the rest. With Winn, you will be a winner...the name says it all.

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
