Pros

This Opportunity to be an Intern at WinnCompanies was truly Great! The people you work with care about each other and help each other out. This was a great experience and during my time in the last two months (July 2018-Aug 2018) I have learned so much, and It has better prepared me to enter the business world, and apply what I have learned. My time here was working in the Lowell, MA Regional Office and working for the Mid-Atlantic region of the company for the SVP. Working here got me exposure to the Property Management industry that I previously was not familiar with, and vastly Increased my knowledge with Operations, AP, and Financial Analyst business activities. I will use what I have learned from this experience throughout my future career. The Company truly cares about its employees and their well being. It always finds a way to boost the morale of the employees and keep them happy. A great place to work!

Cons

Honestly I can not think of any Cons. I truly love this place and my coworkers. I enjoy the challenge of learning new things and working on new projects.

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
