Pros

Winn puts their best foot forward in supporting employees through unrivaled recognition programs; leadership training and promotes internal growth. I truly enjoy coming to work and am often challenged and pushed outside my comfort zone. I have worked for the competition and they pale in comparison to the services we provide and positive internal culture. The company is by no means perfect, but I feel fortunate to be employed by Winn.

Cons

The company is regularly seeking to improve processes and find innovative solutions to streamline policies. However, they tend to roll things out too quickly. This has already been identified internally and is being worked on. On the flip side, I'd rather a company try to innovate and bring new programs to the table too quickly than not at all.

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
