      Great learning experience, Growth within the company, opportunities to expand in your current field or in another field. Benefits is good. My most favorite part - Being able to work and get it done and having people appreciate you for your hard work

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
