Pros
A lot of paid days off, almost every holiday you can think of. Plenty of vacation days sick and personal days. Pretty good benefits package and the company always looks to promote from within. A lot of growth opportunities.
Cons
Can be hectic at times, being on call is frustrating catering to the needs of residents after hours is never fun even if you do get paid for it. The hours may be 8-5 on paper but reality is our communities are home to hundreds of people that call your job home. There’s never a time that your truly “off” if you have any level of responsibility in the company. Some people despise this part of the job. You see first hand how some people play the system and live it up off of your tax dollars with subsidized rent and welfare assistance yet manage to have an 8k flatscreen and a bmw with a Winn parking sticker in the lot and enough weed to choke Bob Marley
