      Pros

      My direct supervisor and those above have shown great support in me and the advancements in my career. I have worked for Winn for over 12 years and have held several positions all of which have helped me to grow and develop and reach the current position I hold. My peers are some of the most incredible and hard working people which is one of the main reasons I have stayed with the company for so long. The time off is also one of the things I love that offers me time to take care of my family when needed, allowing for a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Too many great ideas and not enough time to get them all in place.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
