My career with Winn started 14 years ago when I was hired on as a receptionist. Throughout the years, I was afforded many opportunities to learn and grow through mentorship, training and leadership programs, which resulted in further advancements in my career. I was always given the tools and resources needed to not only do my job, but to also be successful at it.
