      ATO/sick time. That is literally it.

      Cons

      NO ONE LISTENS. Upper management, who works out of Boston, will implement changes that work in big cities. This is upstate NY. What works there, won’t work everywhere.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
