Pros

The company pays well, good benefits and seems to understand work/life balance.

Cons

Challenges are many.. too many meetings that result in no beneficial change for improving workload. They tend to create more work in the long run. Lack of communication that allows middle management to do their jobs effectively. Middle management feels more like a gopher job and an assistant to the sites. Clique style. Unless you know someone you don't get promoted at all. Advice to interviewing candidates: ask how many people where in your position in the last 5 years BEFORE you. Then you will know what type of leadership your working with.

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
