      Pros

      Winn has a great owner that you can tell cares about his employees and is striving and making great changes. The people in the trenches with you are amazing and are always willing to be a support system.

      Cons

      You will be promised and told they promote from within, nope that is not the Winn way. However, Wingate knows the punishment Winn employees take and if you Survive Winn, they will offer you the job Winn promised you. Winncompanies is your internship, you are underpaid, overworked and blamed for everything. Then Wingate, Greystar, Avalon or Buzzuto will give you a real opportunity at a Market Rate salary.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
