Pros

Great ATO, many holidays off, 3pm early close before a holiday and during the summer!! I work in a great region, with great people and together, we make a fantastic team. Hard work pays off as I started as an admin and worked my way up to PM of 2 sites. Upper Mgmt in my region truly care about their employees!

Cons

Constant changes to get used to but in the end it all makes sense. Never enough maintenance help or cleaners for the sites, but we make it work. Development on new sites need to have Managers involved in the development stages, just because it looks grand, doesn't mean it makes sense and will work well.

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
