      They promote from within. Gave 3 weeks vacation a year. Provided trainings for the staff.

      Never enough time with meeting managers There was always something that required immediate attention that would take away from the task at hand

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
