Pros

There is a great team atmosphere at Winn unlike other places I have worked in the past. Benefits available after 30 days. Great people and management has been very supportive. Company prioritizes safety for it's maintenance employees.

Cons

Pay could be better aligned to reflect the responsibilities associated with the position.

Pros

"One of the things I've appreciated most about Winn is the opportunity to grow professionally while making a real impact in affordable housing. Throughout my tenure, I've been trusted with increasingly complex portfolios, ownership transitions, takeovers, and leadership responsibilities, which has allowed me to continue developing

Cons

One challenge I've encountered at Winn is that advancement opportunities can sometimes be limited at the regional level because many leaders stay with the company for a long time. That's a testament to the company's stability and culture, but it can create fewer opportunities for upward mobility
