Benefits are OK, most employees are supportive and I cannot think of any other positive thing

Lack of follow through on essential issues, they hired a regional manager that does not know what he is doing (3 hour meetings each week is a bit much , dont you think?)- no support from upper management and sub par properties.

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
