Pros

If you're like most of us, and you just so happened to fall into property management, you learn to love it because of the residents at your property. For me, the only thing keeping me with Winn is the residents and my staff.

Cons

Upper management is unresponsive unless they need something from you, the reports are repetitive, the pay isn't very great, no commission or bonuses, no staff appreciation or "great job!" emails, only emails when you've done something wrong, no training, and not much room for growth.

Pros

"One of the things I've appreciated most about Winn is the opportunity to grow professionally while making a real impact in affordable housing. Throughout my tenure, I've been trusted with increasingly complex portfolios, ownership transitions, takeovers, and leadership responsibilities, which has allowed me to continue developing

Cons

One challenge I've encountered at Winn is that advancement opportunities can sometimes be limited at the regional level because many leaders stay with the company for a long time. That's a testament to the company's stability and culture, but it can create fewer opportunities for upward mobility
