Pros

If you care about your job this company will care about you! Management and team members really do their best to make every member feel included. They give us many different opportunities to express our concerns and ideas. They do the most to make sure we all know we are all essential moving parts, working together to complete our company goals! The hours are good, management will be there for you when you need them and they will do their best for you. I couldn't be happier to come to work each day!

Pros

"One of the things I've appreciated most about Winn is the opportunity to grow professionally while making a real impact in affordable housing. Throughout my tenure, I've been trusted with increasingly complex portfolios, ownership transitions, takeovers, and leadership responsibilities, which has allowed me to continue developing

Cons

One challenge I've encountered at Winn is that advancement opportunities can sometimes be limited at the regional level because many leaders stay with the company for a long time. That's a testament to the company's stability and culture, but it can create fewer opportunities for upward mobility
