      Pros

      Some of the people are fantastic.

      Cons

      They have has a lot of staff changes in the last year. There is all new leadership in California. A lot of bad influences have been brought into positions that are not good fits for them. In particular, Northern CA leadership has no management skills and will openly gossip and bad mouth about their employees. It has created an unhealthy work environment.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
