Pros

Will over you lots of overtime to fix problems

Cons

Micromanage, will falsify information to make them look good. A lot of turnover due to unrealistic expectations and lack of qualified staff. Work by statistics and don’t care about the people. Think a pizza party and some beer will fix any problem. Lack of Diversity in corporate office. Will use unrealistic stats to deflect from diversity issues. Will modify policy to suit preferred staff and will follow the book if you are not part of the “in” crowd.

"One of the things I've appreciated most about Winn is the opportunity to grow professionally while making a real impact in affordable housing. Throughout my tenure, I've been trusted with increasingly complex portfolios, ownership transitions, takeovers, and leadership responsibilities, which has allowed me to continue developing

Cons

One challenge I've encountered at Winn is that advancement opportunities can sometimes be limited at the regional level because many leaders stay with the company for a long time. That's a testament to the company's stability and culture, but it can create fewer opportunities for upward mobility
