      Great Benifits Working with great people and nice Properties

      Would be nice to see Differenet Pay for Snow Removel in the Future Also all on call hours should be Counted as Time and 1/2 Regaurdless if the 40 hour Min isnt met, An example I was our for 3 days sick one week and was on call on a saturday and was called out to Multiple calls maybe reaching 12 hours overtime and it was a bit upsetting that none of them on call hours were counted as overtime and just paid out as regular pay.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
