Pros

I enjoy my job and being able to make the tenants happy. I enjoy it when you see the expression of joy on their faces. A simple task of assisting them with a problem when needed, It at times can be something simple as just changing a light bulb, as they are unable to do it for themselves. (elderly or handicap)

Cons

The company has no help i'm basicly on my own every day. The job is not secure as it keeps changing hands

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
