Benefits hybrid schedule Company outings

Cons

Lack of communication. Lack of training from management. Under valued and underpaid. If you are looking to move up in the company they will write you up for something so you don’t advance for a certain period of time or until they can find someone to replace you.

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
