Pros

ATO. No travel. Base amenities. Most of your coworkers are great, while they last.

Cons

High turnover. Poor management, poor pay for expected work load. Management does not know prioritization. Company will nickel and dime everything. Company (Supervisors and upper management) openly do not care about your wellbeing. Famous quote “ if you don’t like it, there’s the gate”. They will literally work you to death if you let them. Do not recommend this company to anyone. Top pay is $25 at supervisor level. UNION is worthless.

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
