Pros

Flexible schedule, if you can get the time off.

Cons

No real concern for employees. You pay for all benefits fully, except your health BCBS ins. Which increases every year, that increase is larger than employee pay increases. I would not recommend this company, unless you have no other option.

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
