      The benefits are great, work environment is good, colleagues are good. Great work-life balance

      Cons

      Salary a bit low, hourly pay, a little overzealous on "team building." A lot standing up in front of the whole company to give testimonials on how great of a company it is.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
