Starting pay is a little more than other places There is health benefits Major holidays off Discount if you rent where you work

Cons

Everything is still ran like it’s the 90s Training is just outdated videos you have to watch for a week Apartments are usually in really bad areas and there is no on-site security

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
