HR would sweep a sexual harassment case under the rug just because the employee who filed the claim is no longer with the company and its against a VP. This VP has been known for doing these type of things to female employees but they are all scare to say anything because he is part of the Sr management.

The company takes sexual harassment concerns very seriously. Concerns about sexual harassment should be reported to HR immediately for investigation. All grievances are fully investigated, regardless of whether the complainant is still employed by the company. Privacy and confidentiality are always respected in such cases.

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
