      Winn keeps you in the loop with monthly calls, executives are approachable and transparent, professional, very communicative and strong partnerships.

      Cons

      Be prepared to do reports, reports and have lots of training you must have time management skills.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
