      Cons

      Poor communication from director. Pay was low for level of responsibility. Difficult to speak to employee's concerns (pay especially) - all decisions driven from corporate.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
