Very Good Training Facilities (mailny at offshore though) High Importance to competency building, knowledge sharing Trying their level best to provide access to all the information needed from knowledge gathering, knowing about company in general, various groups etc.
Cons
Incompetent Higher Level Managers No Transparency about salary, promotions, banding and other benefits - the immediate managers are not always consulted to provide recommendation of their direct reportees, rather the decisions taken at higher level and communicated down. Work/Personal Life balance is not faovred; specifically owing to the onshore/offshore model mostly Extreme focus on controlling oeprational parameters even when the project situation is not favorable to do so. Lack of availability of competent resources at onshore; push to use lesser experienced resources for client facing roles
