Pros

If you dont mind screwing customers over, you can make alot of money. Selling setup fees, that other places dont charge. Phones that are end of life, for inflated prices. Also its a franchise with a multitude of different owners. None of them really honor exchanges in different stores. Its secluded and misleading.

Cons

Long hours, tons of down time. If you dont sell anything, because it's slow. You make little to no money. If you have a heart and can relate with consumers, you will feel terrible selling them old phones and cheaply made accessories. For a rediculous price. None of the different owners has any of each other's back. Corprorate verizon does not have your back. They will throw you under the bus every chance they get. ATI, the owner of wireless zone has its own craoly agenda. None of it being in the best interest of the owners, or verizon or the sales people.
