Pros

Go- Strong company culture: Many employees highlight Wise’s inclusive, mission-driven environment and supportive team dynamics. - Work-life balance: Shifts are structured, and once your shift ends, you’re generally not expected to take work home. - Competitive compensation: For an entry-level role, the pay and benefits (including healthcare and time off) are often rated above average. - Global exposure: You get to interact with customers from around the world, which can be both exciting and enriching. - Growth opportunities: Wise encourages internal mobility and offers training to help you grow within the company.

Cons

Pros

Good PTO, and friendly Wisers.

Cons

Management is totally micromanagement, and the People team does not advocate for employees; they appear present only in name. If I were in Kristo’s position, I would conduct a thorough top-to-bottom review of the entire HR department of U.S., and replace all of them. If over 70% of the Austin team would never recommend this workplace, it is a significant warning sign that needs to be addressed.
