Mandatory 3 days in office is not great. There is no reason for us to not be fully remote.
Weekend work is awful and no one likes it. Its made worse by the way it's implemented (2-3 weekend days, with a random day off in the middle of the week that almost never aligns with another day off). Definitely kills anything resembling work/life balance.
Poor communication between departments, though there does appear to be strides being made towards fixing this.
KPI expectations undergoing an overhaul, but requirements are still unclear.
Company would do well to establish SOPs for their major workflows. This would aid in both upscaling (much easier to learn a process) and speed (allows the workflows to handled by rote, making for more efficient and consistent case handling).
