I was a W2 contractor and was treated very well. Great HR person Lydia. Always helpful and responsive. Also sales manager John was always trying to keep the work coming my way.

Time tracking was sometimes a pain. The company has also been bought out so it may be suffering from the related growing pains.

Have seen several examples of people entrusted with high responsibilities and given the license and freedom to succeed . Growth Opportunities are provided for all who want to grow based on initiative and drive to deliver on the given responsibilities. Great place to quickly experience and learn new technologies - for example , successfully implementing SAP S4 HANA by going live and moving on to not only support S4 HANA but also work on improving it in an ongoing partnership. Expectations are high and with growth comes .greater expectations to learn-to perform and to constantly keep evolving to meet greater challenges. Not meant for people who want a safe, cool seat to park themselves - the seats do get a little hot sometimes. That is as it should be and fair - to say the least. Have also seen trust and teamwork play a great role on several occasions - glad to see these values being applied and encouraged - failure generally is not seen as a bad word - mentors and leaders do take the effort to help. Happy to still be around some good and wonderful people.

some internal processes/practices lag behind growth - so surely they can be a challenge to work around while waiting for them to catch up .
