Sinking Ship, Do not work here - Anonymous employee Wistia Employee Review

This company and its management are a sinking ship. There has been a huge amount of turn over throughout the last year because employees are underpaid, under represented, and there are absolutely no career growth opportunities. The once great culture of Wistia has since eroded, teams through out the organization are very cliquey so do not expect to be welcomed or make many friends here. Expect a lot of false hopes and broken promises, its unfortunate, but very true.
