      Big company. Good base pay.

      Cons

      Always work overtime, up to 10-12/hr in average. Senior staff is not friendly and you can only reply on self. Only can gain experience from self hard working.

      Pros

      My mentor gave me check points to reach and points of interest to study, while also letting me figure it out at my own pace. If I needed help, I was not afraid to ask and he was extremely helpful and understanding.
