      Work with aggressive colleagues. A great diversity of product lines. Learning from both practice & theory.

      Cons

      Old school + micro management. Stupid KPI setting & performance review. Lots of lousy paper works & review processes.

      Pros

      My mentor gave me check points to reach and points of interest to study, while also letting me figure it out at my own pace. If I needed help, I was not afraid to ask and he was extremely helpful and understanding.
