i got paid well unlike a lot of these other ppl but i negotiated hard coming in

very touch and go on compliance. i saw a lot of questionable practices. avoid the newer franchises like hc or tmt. very abusive analysts on a lot of teams so only suitable for exp ppl. terrible for new comers to industry
