Pros
Strong research brand, smart, entrepreneurial employees, and a CEO who really cares about the employees and about doing the right thing. The C-suite really knows the business and is devoted to the company. Strong compliance culture and nice, knowledgeable team.
Cons
Work life balance difficult to maintain. Company growing very fast, so hard to keep up with product. If you are lazy, look elsewhere- you won't last.
