Most of the junior associate base are really bad at their jobs so it's easy to stand out and get coverage when a seat opens up

Cons

The firm provides you with no support after you get coverage and only uses you as a seat warmer while the CEO looks for somebody else. Even though they claim they build and nurture analysts, nobody has ever succeeded as a senior analyst after being promoted from associate at this firm. CEO will constantly swap your coverage with new hires to appease them making it effectively impossible to gain traction or build a franchise. And after actively ruining your attempts to build a franchise, the CEO will push you out for not getting traction.
