Bad culture - Assistant Wolfe Research Employee Review

While it's a YMMV type of situation, some of the analysts I supported were the most horrible people I've ever worked with or met in my life. Constant berating of their juniors and one of them had taken to a habit of asking / yelling at his associates if they wanted to look stupid no matter how small the infraction. Even assistants weren't immune and were expected to remain online at insane hours (eg 2AM) because the analyst wanted them to stay available to send emails at that hour. Combined with subpar pay and virtually no benefits, this is not a good place to work.
